Tiny Green Cabins puts their tiny house interiors through a series of tests, ensuring that the electrical, plumbing and heating systems are all functioning properly, as well as safe for our customers. We also have adopted additional requirements to add safety features such as fire extinguishers, tie downs, smoke alarms and LP/CO detectors. It is our intent to produce a top quality product that is SAFE for you and your family.

You can expect fast, fair, friendly service from Tiny Green Cabins. From the 1st email or phone call we will answer the questions or find the answer for you. We will reply to all email inquiries within 1 working day.

From your 1st phone call, we are here for you with friendly conversation and no pressure. Our steps are a natural progression that makes it easy for all.

Step 1:
Phone call – get to know us, answer phone calls, and gather information (may include 1 or multiple inquiries)

Step 2;
Decide on stock plan or choose the custom design service
What is your budget?

Step 3:
Decide on Specifications; Standard, healthy, or non toxic

Step 4;
Pay $200 for estimate and quote, to be applied towards order, when ordered

Step 5;
Receive a quote on chosen Plan and Specifications

Step 6:
Quote Accepted, issue contracts and decide on production slot. Tiny Green Cabins does not do any production starts or  building without a signed contract with all parties signatures. Any deviation from the contracts requires a signed change order documenting the change. Our contracts are meant to protect both parties, so everyone knows what to expect. For a legally binding contract, a test is often a “meeting of the minds.”

Step 7;
Formal Hold on Production slot, this requires a $2,000 payment and is collected thru PayPal for expediting and locking down the hold slot. The 1st production slot is a minimum of 5-6 weeks after signing of contracts or receipt of payment from PayPal.

Step 8:
Receive 1st Payment of contract within 10 days of contract signing at which point special orders are placed.  For instance the trailer, windows, and other products that are not readily available.

Step 9;
Start of actual production and creating a slide show in Picassa where photos of building the tiny house are posted and shared.

Step 10:
Receive 2nd Payment of contract at agreed upon date

Step 11;
Receipt of interior finish payment (3rd payment) and tentative delivery date is chosen. The date is always tentative depending on weather conditions and availability of delivery method.

Step 12;
Delivery of Tiny House and receipt of final payment.

Step 13;
30 days after delivery we send out a formal survey to you.  When we receive the survey back, we will issue the customer and dinner certificate for 2 at a place of your choice. Valued at $100.00
